Adjustment Problems
Many of us at many different places and specially new places, say a new workplace, face the so called Adjustment problems which makes a person feel uncomfortable and at the same time despising that particular environment. I think it is not the environment that is bad or the people difficult or unworthy to talk to ,its the insecurities or the mindset of that person himself which stops him/her to adapt to that particular sorroundings. Either there are people, who think the other person to be inferior to themselves or highly superior to themselves and thus prefer maintaining a distance. In either case what I think would be the best way is to accept people as they are and also not to get prejudiced about a particular individual. There might be certain characteristics which you might not like ,say a person talks too much, but there can be many striking ,which you dont know of and which you wont ever come to know if you dont go and talk to him/her. Also a strong belief in ones own capabilities and abilities ,which are always different and unique, matters a lot and it also has an effect on the way you present yourself before people and leave an impact on them.

Useless Competition...
The world is full of tensions, one could normally hear people say.People are tensed because of their Personal lives,Relationships,Status,Career and the list can be far extended.I think the root cause or the 'Sanjeevni' to curb this is to stop competition with others.People are sad not because of themselves but because others are happy......human nature. But it would be in the best interests of the person himself to suppress those feelings as far as possible.Be it or not but those dissappointments could be much reduced by adopting a different perspective alltogether, say maybe a certain Status might not give me the same 'Happiness' as the other person for which we work and take pains, afterall all of us are different and get satisfaction in different kind of things.
